Payrate: $120.00 - $120.00/hr.

Summary:
We are seeking a candidate who is responsible for overseeing the integration of various software applications (e.g. payroll, HR, General Ledger related, intercompany billing, timekeeping, data warehouses, indirect purchasing, shipping charges, vendor payments) within the organization with Greenfield ERP implementation. This role involves managing the lifecycle of integration projects, ensuring seamless communication between systems, application owners, and service providers, and ensuring the performance and reliability of integrated applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Integration Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement integration strategies that align with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and prioritize projects accordingly.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT, and business units, to ensure successful integration.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Provide technical guidance and support for integration solutions, including API management, middleware, and data synchronization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with service providers involved in integration projects.
  • Utilize existing integration tools and platforms that best meet organizational needs. (e.g.: Create, maintain, test Globalscape Events as required)
  • Documentation and Training:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes and solutions.
  • Support functional users and technical staff on integration-related topics.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of integrated applications, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance integration efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create secure space for functional accounts, etc.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing application integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, such as APIs (e.g. REST, SOAP, JDBC), middleware (e.g. Globalscape, SAP BTP CI, SAP PI/PO), and data synchronization tools (e.g. Assured File Transfer (AFT)).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific integration standards and protocols.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean principles.


Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $120 - $120/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
