Location: Charlotte, NC
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst 3
6+ Month Contract (FTE Potential)
Hybrid Schedule (3x onsite, 2x remote) in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Management Analyst 3, you will play a key role in consulting on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Data Management domain. Your work will contribute to large-scale planning related to Data Management deliverables. Key responsibilities include:

  • Consulting and Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance on moderately complex initiatives. You'll actively participate in project planning and execution.
  • Challenges Evaluation: Review and analyze moderately complex Data Management challenges, considering variable factors. Your in-depth evaluation will inform decision-making processes.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage with client personnel in Data Management to address operational needs and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Issue Resolution: Contribute to resolving moderately complex issues by leveraging your solid understanding of function-specific policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You'll work closely with others to meet Data Management deliverables.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management. This experience can be demonstrated through work engagements, consulting, training, military service, or education.

Additional Skills:
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and Excel.
  • ESG Activities: Prior experience with Environment, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) activities is a plus.
  • Requirements Writing: Ability to write clear and concise business requirements and user stories for technology development.
