Agile Business Systems Analyst/User Acceptance Tester with minimum 5 years experience to work with an existing software development team in an agile/scrum environment. Must be proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering with a focus on UAT planning, script writing and testing. Must be able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills

• Proven working experience as a UAT tester and or business systems analyst for medium to large projects 5 years
• Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams, other technical staff, business partners and vendors. 5 years
• Experience coordinating and preparing system users for UAT testing. 5 years
• Able to identify test scenarios from business requirements 5 years
• Able to translate use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria into test scripts. 5 years
• Able to identify and track defects and retest upon correction. 5 years
• Able to accurately define and capture business requirements. 5 years
• Able to document business processes and data flow diagrams. 5 years
• Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks. 5 years
• Able to track requirements throughout SDLC lifecycle. 5 years
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, VISIO, Draw.io, ADO, X-Ray, JIRA and Confluence 5 years
• Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems 5 years
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision 5 years
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 5 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5 years
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills 5 years
