Must-Have Qualifications

• 15+ years in electrical or industrial construction (contractor side, not or owner-rep).
• Proven experience in both cost and schedule management (not specialized in only one).
• Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 schedule creation, logic ties, float management, and cost integration.
• Hands-on knowledge of HCSS HeavyJob or similar cost tracking software and Viewpoint Vista ERP.
• Experience building or rolling out Project Controls SOPs across multiple branches/regions.
• Deep understanding of forecasting, accruals, billing cycles, and month-end reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and audit Project Managers and field teams.
• OSHA-30 certification and valid driver s license.
