The Marmon Group's Automotive Aftermarket platform is a growing ~$700M revenue business delivering an assortment of automotive aftermarket non-discretionary repair parts, including electronics, emissions, mounts, clutch, automatic transmission and motor mounts to headline some categories. This business has a mix between product manufacturing and global sourcing with a broad customer base across sales channels. Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Information Technology to lead our enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business systems. This executive will drive technology strategy, support digital transformation initiatives, and ensure technology enables our continued success. This position will immediately have dotted line IT reports across the organization with an intention to have direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
- Lead IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise applications (ERP/CRM), cloud environments, and end-user support.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar IT budget with focus on ROI and cost optimization.
- Drive innovation, digital initiatives, and continuous service improvements.
- Ensure security, compliance, and business continuity for all critical systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Experience in manufacturing and distribution environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud (VM Ware, AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM), servers (MS Windows), Services (Web, DNS, Active Directory, VoIP).
- Experience with databases (MS SQL) and scaling Reporting/Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).
- Proven leadership aligning IT with business growth and a change agent capable of driving transformational IT programs and operational efficiency.
- Experience with a software development lifecycle from requirements through testing and post production support in an agile environment.
- Experience in managing 3rd party relationships, contracts and performance metrics.
