Job Details

We re looking for a talented QA lead to join our team on W2 with 5-7 years of experience.  

  • Design and implement test plans for ETL/ELT processes, data transformations, and vault model validations.

  • Lead QA strategy for Data Vault 2.0 implementation across raw, business, and satellite layers.

  • Develop automated test scripts for data quality checks, lineage validation, and schema conformity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data modelers, DBT/Snowflake developers, and analysts.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.

  • Perform root cause analysis on data issues and drive resolution with engineering teams.

  • Mentor QA Offshore members and promote best practices in data testing and validation.

  • Report QA metrics and provide insights to leadership on quality trends and risks.
