Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled M3 Finance Consultant for a long-term engagement supporting a major M3 implementation program. The project is scheduled to run until the end of 2026 and will require a professional with a strong understanding of M3 financial modules, configuration expertise, and change management experience.

The consultant will play a key role in driving successful system design, configuration, training, and adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Infor M3 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, etc.)

  • Conduct detailed gap analysis and translate business needs into system configurations

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment

  • Deliver hands-on configuration and troubleshooting within the M3 environment

  • Develop and conduct user training sessions and documentation

  • Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts to drive user adoption and smooth transitions

  • Assist in testing, go-live preparation, and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience with Infor M3 Finance module implementations and support

  • Strong hands-on configuration experience in multiple M3 Finance modules

  • Proven ability to interact with finance stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Experience delivering end-user training and developing supporting materials

  • Solid understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles and their application in ERP rollouts

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience in a hybrid delivery model is a plus

Additional Information:

  • This is a hybrid role based in Dallas consultants must be available to work onsite 2 3 days per week.

  • Travel expenses for onsite days will not be covered local candidates or those open to relocating are preferred.

  • The engagement will begin in September 2025 and run through December 2026.
