Gen AI developer with Python

Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Dallas, TX (Day one onsite required)

We are looking for an Application Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable applications in Python and integrating Generative AI solutions. The role requires strong Python development expertise combined with exposure to AWS Bedrock and SageMaker for developing, deploying, and optimizing GenAI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applicationsusing frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Build and integrate GenAI-powered applicationsusing AWS Bedrock services (Anthropic, Stability AI, Cohere, Amazon Titan models, etc.).
  • Leverage AWS SageMakerfor model training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring of ML/GenAI models.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)solutions using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
  • Develop scalable APIs and microservicesfor AI-powered applications.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniquesto enhance LLM outputs and optimize responses.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and cloud architects to design end-to-end GenAI workflows.
  • Ensure best practices in cloud-native development, security, and performance optimization.
  • Stay updated on emerging GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.)and Gen AI capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Python with hands-on experience in Flask, Django, FastAPI.
  • Proven experience in Generative AI development(LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering).
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS Bedrock(model integration, orchestration, deployment).
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS SageMaker(training, fine-tuning, deploying ML/GenAI models).
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native developmenton AWS (IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudWatch).
  • Familiarity with databases(SQL & NoSQL) and vector stores.
  • Familiarity to LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Faceecosystem
