RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Salt Lake County that is seeking a seasoned Implementation Project Manager with a strong background in financial services system conversions. This role requires strategic leadership, detailed planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful deployment of complex technology and operational initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven success in large-scale financial services system conversions (banking experience strongly preferred)
* Strong project management skills with the ability to build and manage detailed implementation and cutover plans
* Experience leading implementation planning, including mock conversions and go-live events
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe) and hybrid environments (Agile + Waterfall)
* Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft Project
* Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills
* Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across business, technology, and operations teams
* Experience working with project managers across multiple teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
