We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Cyber Systems & Data Project Analyst to support our experienced Project Manager, focusing on infrastructure, integration, and data analytics projects. This role is instrumental in facilitating project execution by ensuring organized communication, meticulous documentation, effective coordination of project tasks, robust data reporting, and oversight of GSS systems and applications.

This position is 100% onsite and can be located at any major United States Raytheon business site.

What You Will Do
  • Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on project tasks and timelines.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation such as project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, data flow diagrams, and action item tracking.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare clear agendas, document minutes, and distribute actionable follow-ups.
  • Monitor project progress against defined milestones and deliverables, promptly escalating risks or delays to the Project Manager.
  • Support the optimization of test environments and data flows to ensure smooth integration processes.
  • Assist in preparing regular status updates and communications to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Track and report on project budgets, expenses, and financial constraints.
  • Foster positive team collaboration through proactive communication and relationship management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as arranging travel, organizing meetings, and managing project-related documentation.
  • Create data reports by querying large data sets to support data-driven decision-making and analytics.
  • Oversee and manage GSS systems and applications, ensuring efficient and effective utilization.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar software.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new applications and tools.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM).
  • Familiarity with government security processes, IT infrastructure, networking services, or related technology environments.
  • Experience supporting integration and data analytics projects.
  • SQL experience is highly desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective collaborative relationships.
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
