Job Description

Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Skills & Abilities:
4-7 years of hands-on experience as an Adobe AEM Administrator.
Proficiency in Linux environments, including cron jobs and shell scripting.
Strong understanding of the AEM stack, including JCR/OAK, OSGi, and Sling frameworks.
Exposure to Java, Unix, JVM tuning, system administration, OSGi, and SQL.
Ability to review technical designs and perform code reviews with development teams.
Strong experience in troubleshooting Kubernetes environments, including the ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to pods, deployments, services, and cluster health. Should be proficient in using kubectl commands, analyzing logs, managing resource utilization, and supporting day-to-day operations in containerized environments

Desirable Requirements:
Exposure to AEM development practices.
Familiarity with Docker and PKS (Pivotal Kubernetes Service).
Ability to perform AEM upgrades.
Experience with Groovy scripting.
Exposure to web application development.

Role & Responsibilities:
Install and configure AEM, including setting up Groups, Permissions, ACLs, Replication Agents, Service Packs, and Dispatcher configurations.
Troubleshoot AEM environments, including issues related to indexing, OSGi bundles, JVM performance, memory leaks, caching, and replication.
Perform system maintenance tasks such as backups, cloning, compaction, DS(Data Store Garbage Collection), and certificate installations.
Manage build and deployment processes for AEM packages using pipelines and Git repositories.
Package, deploy, and troubleshoot AEM projects across environments.
