Description

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in East Hartford, Connecticut. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of devices and systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in resolving hardware and software issues while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Android devices, Apple products, Mac computers, and related technologies.
Assist in the configuration and deployment of new hardware and software systems.
Maintain and update documentation for system configurations and troubleshooting processes.
Coordinate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of user issues.
Support and manage Citrix and Cisco technologies to maintain system functionality.
Monitor and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
Educate users on best practices for device and software usage.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve overall system performance and reliability.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Android devices, Apple products, and Mac computers.
Hands-on experience with Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Strong knowledge of configuration management and system deployments.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly.
Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and processes.
