Looking for Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for the planning and execution of projects/programs delivering solutions.
ResponsibilitiesAssist as a Program Manager with team coordination, process improvements, presentation development, documentation, migrations, and any other support needs.Facilitate software development by monitoring an efficient, streamlined deployment process ensuring as much consistency as possible across applications, while allowing for application-specific needs.Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements.Report on Weekly Engineering Status, Weekly Platform Engineering and Collaboration Team Status, Bi-Weekly Deployments, Weekly Code and Content updates.Working as a Cross Infrastructure Scheduling (CIS) Program Manager who can lead the Cross Infrastructure Scheduling (CIS) process to ensure releases are properly planned and coordinated across the platform includes hosting the weekly CIS meeting and maintaining weekly agenda with all major and minor updates to the websites.Involve in MYCO Dates where will oversee and approve scheduling for the master MYCO Dates calendar to ensure workload distribution is balanced and within capacity limits.Involve in Reveal Launch Management where will Oversee Reveal Management across multiple vendors and applications and involve in Maintain Reveal Launch checklist.Responsible for Process Improvements where identify process gaps and lead cross-functional teams in developing streamlined workflows that eliminate redundancies and ensure operational continuity.Serve as liaison between working teams and Collab (Jira/Wiki) Admins to implement and maintain optimized and streamlined processes for each application and project.Responsible for Workflow Changes where serve as Business Analyst for any Jira workflow changes, gathering requirements, refining as needed, ensuring easy team adoption.Involve in Jira Clean-Up for facilitate quarterly ticket reviews to ensure all items are updated, resolved, or closed, preventing tickets from remaining inactive for more than six months.Involve in Back-Up Access Approver where manage, prioritize, and report out on Collaboration team workload.Involve in Vendor Management where Serve as liaison to vendors in the Discover/Shop ecosystem. Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, business partners, and technology vendors. Vendors include: WPP, Dynatrace, Akamai, Motion Point, Translations.com.Work as a Release Manager where create and maintain code deployment calendar.Update and monitor efficient, streamlined deployment processes.Align, manage, and implement Release Dates, Fix Versions and Sprints in Jira.Involve as a Back-Up Deployment approver.Lead weekly Blue Card meeting, coordinating content publishing activities in support of new vehicle launches and any other website content updates including Sales Events, New Pages, Migrations, etc.Liaison to Platform Engineering team for process improvements, release management, operations, and documentation.
Experience Required6 years in IT including 3 years of experience in Program Management.Expert as a Project Manager.Experience in Development Methodology and Procedures, Product Management, Vendor Relationships, IT Management Methodology, Project Management, Jira.
Experience PreferredExperience in Process Development, Microsoft SharePoint, Performance Tuning, Development Online Documentation, Scrum (Software Development).
Education RequiredBachelor's Degree
