Job Details

Job Title: Systems Architect Consultant [RSA Archer Administrator]
Duration: 12 Months (with high likelihood of extension)
Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite Only)

Position Summary: A government agency based in Columbia, South Carolina, is seeking a Systems Architect Consultant with specialized expertise as an RSA Archer Administrator. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced RSA Archer solutions, supporting production environments, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced RSA Archer solutions.

  • Provide ongoing support for RSA Archer in multi-environment production settings as an application administrator.

  • Utilize advanced workflows, dashboards, data feeds, iViews, and reports within the RSA Archer platform.

  • Follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to manage and implement technical solutions.

  • Produce high-quality technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with RSA Archer, including design, development, and deployment.

  • At least 5 years of SDLC experience.

  • Proven experience supporting RSA Archer in a production environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of RSA Archer components including advanced workflows, dashboards, data feeds, iViews, and reports.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • RSA Archer Certified Associate and RSA Archer Certified Professional certifications (both are required).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and HIPAA compliance requirements.

  • Over 5 years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management.

  • Familiarity with compliance reporting practices and methodologies.
