The specialist will bring expertise in data cleaning, electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis.
What you will do
- Assist with cleaning and reviewing clinical data to ensure accuracy and consistency across study sites.
- Support the review of Case Report Forms (CRFs) to confirm alignment with study protocols and data standards.
- Help maintain documentation for data management processes, including data review and database lock procedures.
- Generate basic data summaries and metrics to support cross-functional teams.
- Identify and report data issues such as missing or inconsistent entries, working with teams to resolve them.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support quality data collection and protocol compliance.
- Participate in study meetings and contribute to documentation for protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
- Support setup and testing of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, including user access and system updates.
What you need
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other document management tools.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
- Knowledgeable with clinical best practices and regulations (Google Cloud Platform, ICH).
- Experience in clinical data management, ideally within medical device trials.
- Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as Zelta, Medidata Rave, or Oracle, including data extracts and user acceptance testing.
- Knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory standards.
