Position Title: Technical Product Owner (TPO) Pharmacy Domain
Location: Onshore, USA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned technical product owner (TPO) with in-depth expertise in the pharmaceutical domain, specifically focused on preferred drug lists (PDL). The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable, compliant healthcare solutions. The TPO will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of PDL-related products.
Experience Requirements:
- 7 10 years of Business Analysis experience in the Pharmacy domain
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner
- 4+ years of experience with Preferred Drug Lists (PDL) or Pharmacy Benefits Management
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on data analysis experience
- Experience with formulary management is highly preferred
- 4+ years of experience working in Agile environments, preferably SAFe or Scrum
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals
- Manage and prioritize product backlog to ensure delivery of high-value features
- Gather and translate business needs into clear, technical requirements and documentation
- Lead collaboration between business stakeholders, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams
- Conduct detailed analysis of drug utilization, compliance metrics, and cost-saving opportunities
- Guide development of scalable PDL solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and business value
- Facilitate and lead technical meetings with IT and business teams to align development efforts
- Test and validate solutions, support UAT, and ensure high product quality
- Define acceptance criteria for deliverables, ensuring they meet business expectations
- Support generation of drug utilization reports, interpret analytics, and provide insights
