SolveIT is a fast-growing and dynamic IT staffing company based in Chicago, USA. We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Account Manager having an aggressive approach towards work. 
  • Must have 5 plus years of Business Development Manager / Account Manager experience in IT Staffing / IT Recruiting. 
  • Must have a good understanding of US IT Staffing/Recruiting business, getting Client Accounts and Recruitment process.
  • Sole responsibility for building new client relationships and growth of business with the client.
  • Desired candidates must have an existing client relationship and a proven track record of success in getting IT Clients.
  • Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and C2C).
