Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Tech Support to oversee technical operations and drive efficiency in asset management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic team while ensuring the seamless functioning of technology systems. Based in Wilmington NT, Delaware, the role demands expertise in managing diverse technologies and delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise technical support teams to ensure the timely resolution of issues and delivery of high-quality service.
Manage Citrix and cloud technologies to optimize system performance and scalability.
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of firewall technologies to safeguard organizational data.
Implement and maintain Active Directory solutions to streamline user and system management.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
Develop and manage backup strategies to secure critical data and ensure business continuity.
Coordinate hardware installations and upgrades to enhance system capabilities.
Utilize AirWatch and other mobility management tools to support device security and functionality.
Drive project management initiatives to plan, execute, and evaluate technical projects effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical operations with organizational goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing Citrix technologies and cloud-based systems.
Strong knowledge of firewall technologies and their application in securing networks.
Proficiency in Active Directory and its role in system management.
Expertise in auditing processes to maintain compliance and operational standards.
Familiarity with backup technologies and strategies for data protection.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and deployment processes.
Experience with AirWatch and mobility management tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage technical teams effectively.
