Position: M365 Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist with deep expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender, and Entra ID. This role focuses on supporting a large-scale email migration, managing M365 services, troubleshooting end-user issues (including mobile devices), and assisting with security configurations in Defender. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a customer-service mindset, and at least 7 years of hands-on experience in M365 environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support M365 email migration and related end-user issues

Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Defender tools

Manage M365 accounts, security policies, and mobile device support

Document processes, create support FAQs, and assist with other IT functions

Qualifications:

7+ years in M365 (Exchange, Defender, Entra ID)

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Outlook)

Certifications (A+, Microsoft) a plus
