Join our team as an Entry-Level Structural Engineer in Dallas or Fort Worth who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. You'll have the chance to work on projects including the design of new structures as well as existing structural upgrades. With mentorship and guidance from our technical experts, you'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of assigned routine engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget and schedule for assigned tasks. You'll effectively recognize and communicate scope and design changes promptly.

Here's what you'll need

Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasis

Working knowledge of Word and Excel

Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

United States Citizenship

Ideally, you'll also have:

3.0 GPA, minimum

Engineer in Training (EIT) certification

Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC

Experience designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures

Experience with STAAD, RAM, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar general-purpose or component-based structural analysis and design software

Experience with Revit and Bluebeam

Posted Salary Range: Upper

84,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $55,600.00 to $84,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
