Job Description: Summary:


Our IT Logistics team is looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented and hands-on supply chain analyst to help implement industrial engineering and Lean principles in the processes in our warehouses and global supply chain. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse operations, end-to-end supply chain functions, data analysis, and supply chain management software. They will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement process improvements and support projects from initiation to completion, taking ownership of operational process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the operation team to identify constraints, conduct root causes analysis of problems and execute solutions; respond to daily process related escalations.
- Assist Process Engineers in developing and deploying new processes and methods to improve efficiency, reduce cost, increase data visibility, improve inventory accuracy.
- Recommend and implement updates to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) following the change management process
- Be the liaison between the operation team and third party vendors to coordinate routine activities; track and follow up on open items and escalations.
- Work with data intelligence teams to develop metrics dashboards, providing real-time visibility into performance metrics and enabling informed decision-making.
- Assist process engineers to analyze data from dashboards, invoices, etc. and come up with suggestions.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet service expectation and are delivered on time; Proactively identify risks and drive solutions; support projects with data analysis, process mapping, and proposals for enhancements.
- Meeting Management: Organize and conduct regular sync meetings and training sessions to ensure transparency and keep all stakeholders informed of process changes and updates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Supply Chain management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain fields within a manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment.

Required Skills:
- Proficient with Lean Methodologies. Data driven.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to create process flow maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ability to conduct cycle time studies.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing competing demands and deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
- Advanced skills in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Advance skills in process mapping.

Preferred Skills:
- Ability to create Tableau or use sql to extract data.
- Experience in reverse supply chain operation or ITAD business.
- Experience in IT logistics.
