Position: Project Coordinator
Type: 6 month+ Contract
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid Schedule - Onsite 2 days a week)
Pay Range: $35-$40 per hour (depending on experience)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or operations role
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating special events, meetings, or logistics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g. Trello, Smartsheet)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and documentation
- Ability to interact professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Flexibility to adjust priorities based on project and event needs
