SUMMARY: This junior full-stack position is responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications. The ideal candidate will assist with project work, triaging system change requests and troubleshooting bugs. This role offers opportunities to grow technical expertise across the .NET, React, and SQL stack, with exposure to PostgreSQL and Docker environments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal and customer-facing web applications using .NET Core APIs (RESTful), React, and SQL.
- Assist in investigating, prioritizing, and resolving software bugs and system change requests.
- Use professional development tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, GIT, and Azure DevOps.
- Communicate technical concepts and proposed solutions clearly through documentation and discussion.
- Collaborate within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to research and solve technical challenges independently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Approximately 2 years of experience developing web applications using React, .NET Core, or similar frameworks.
- Working knowledge of responsive design and front-end performance considerations.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to participate in design discussions, contribute ideas, and grow technical proficiency.
- Ability to support application deployments and perform basic production troubleshooting with guidance.
STAND-OUT CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS
- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Demonstrates initiative and curiosity to explore new tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to think independently and proactively identify potential improvements in existing systems or processes.
