Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (Strategic Customer Group, SCG) is recruiting for an Associate Director of Market Access Marketing, Neuroscience role located in Titusville, NJ. This role is in the SCG Value, Access, and Pricing (VAP) Neuroscience organization.

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

The Associate Director, Market Access Marketing, will support the Director in building neuroscience market access and reimbursement strategy. This is an opportunity to have impact in a world-class organization, driving the success of our Neuroscience portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with the Brand market access team to ensure targeted strategies, priorities, and tactics are aligned to overall brand strategies
  • Partner with commercial and account field teams to gain voice of customer insight and to inform access strategies and tactics
  • Lead annual market access readiness strategy review (MARR) and serve as market access point for business planning with Brand
  • Design and lead market research / Advisory Boards to collect, address and share customer/market insights; translate customer insight into strategy and tactics
  • Partner with SCG Sales Learning & Development to develop training for the Neuroscience Strategic Account Team
  • Partner with Real World Value & Excellence to ensure data generation plan enhances value proposition and supports access strategies
Qualifications
  • BA/BS experience required, MBA preferred
Experience and Skills:

Required:
  • Demonstrated strategy, marketing, innovation, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and ability to identify market trends that impact business goals
  • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience working effectively in a complex, unstructured environment
  • Interpersonal flexibility and collaboration to interact with a broad range of personnel across levels and functions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to defend logical business arguments, influence without authority and facilitate consensus-building
  • Strong project management skills
  • Willingness to speak up to challenge the status quo
Preferred:

This position is based in Titusville, NJ and will require up to 10% travel (domestic).
