Job Description:

  • Seeking a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, and Agile Methodology.
  • Oversee data analysis to identify critical trends, patterns, and insights for informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate extensively with stakeholders to gather and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications.
  • Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Create comprehensive documentation such as user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and rigorous testing of solutions.
  • Provide effective guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and other team members.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or R is required.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
