Job Description:
Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Experience in implementation projects (min 4 end to end exp)
Experienced in US and Canada Oracle HCM Cloud payroll processes, Oracle Cloud payroll configurations, cost accounting related configurations, GL posting related processes
Proficient in Payroll fast formulas, user defined table configuration, value set configurations
Knowledgeable about the cost account setup and experienced working with the Finance team for costing reconciliation
Working experience with the technical team to prepare the functional design, mapping for integrations
Good communication skills Reading, Writing, Oral, Inter-personal
Self-directed and Pro-active (be a consultant )
Willingness to work across time-zone as required by the engagement
