ServiceNow Project Manager
Location: RemoteJob Summary:
We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and enhancement projects. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and project delivery skills and be capable of managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
- Coordinate across development, QA, and stakeholder teams.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow integrations, especially with ALM and similar tools.
- Report project status and updates to senior leadership and clients.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow project management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and project lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like ALM and integration projects is highly desirable.
