Main Sail is seeking an experienced AutoTime Consultant to support our Nuclear Manufacturing client with the upgrade and modernization of its enterprise timekeeping systems. This role will provide technical and functional leadership for AutoTime configuration, database management, and data conversion activities in alignment with a corporate SAP ERP environment. The position will operate remotely, collaborating closely with HRIS, IT, and operations teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support AutoTime system upgrade, including requirements validation, system configuration, and testing.
- Design and execute the data conversion strategy for migrating Axon data into AutoTime.
- Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) scripts and perform database conversions (SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Review existing customizations, interfaces, and reports, identifying modernization opportunities while preserving business-critical functions.
- Coordinate with SAP technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping and end-to-end integration across HR, Payroll, and Cost Accounting modules.
- Conduct system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design records, data mapping documentation, and validation checklists.
- Provide knowledge transfer and user support during and after implementation.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years experience implementing, upgrading, or supporting Kronos/UKG AutoTime systems.
- Strong database and data conversion skills, including proficiency with SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL techniques.
- Experience with AutoTime SAP integration, including HR and labor data synchronization.
- Demonstrated success migrating from legacy or third-party timekeeping systems (e.g., Axon, Deltek, or in-house tools).
- Strong understanding of labor distribution, payroll compliance, and manufacturing timekeeping processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SAP HR, Payroll, or Cost Accounting modules.
- Experience with AutoTime APIs, middleware, or custom integration development.
- Knowledge of AutoTime security and access control configurations.
