Job Description:

The Senior Application Developer is responsible for designing web infrastructure, development and maintenance of software applications, web applications, web services, and APIs. Conducts code analysis and collaborates with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and provide technical expertise. Determines user needs, programming techniques and controls requirement, prepares operating instructions and user guide. Ensures development meets software standards and security compliance.

This position will be fully onsite in Tampa, FL and will require an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing architectural design and development of web services and web-based applications, translating custom user requirements into high-performance solutions.
  • Develop web-based software solutions adhering to the security compliance using ASP.NET, C# and JavaScript.
  • Perform critical troubleshooting of applications, infrastructure integration, active directory authentication integration with IIS servers.
  • Development and deployment of applications through CI/CD pipelines, leveraging cloud-based deployments to optimize performance and delivery.
  • Create and troubleshoot stored procedures for SQL Server databases and Azure SQL, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Perform schedule operations and maintenance of web servers, IIS security compliance.

Here's What You Need:
  • CompTIA certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Experience in developing cloud applications, with preference for Azure expertise with Cloud migration preferably in Azure Cloud.
  • Possess extensive web development experience utilizing ASP.NET, C#.NET, JavaScript tools, MVC,HTML5, and/or CSS3 to create seamless user experiences.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL server development, stored procedures, and T-SQL to effectively manage data-driven applications.
  • Exhibit understanding of OAuth authorization services in ASP.Net Core, ensuring robust security protocols.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitLab in developing CI/CD pipeline for effective version control and collaboration.
  • Experience with service desk ticketing process and escalations process.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense security requirements, regulations, policies, and procedures is beneficial.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
