Required Skills and Experience

* A minimum of 2 years of programming/systems analysis experience.
* Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand and document business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
* Experience in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
* Experience making recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
* Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Experience in systems analysis, design, development, and integration methodologies with Oracle databases.
* Experience in web application development using Web API.
* Experience in code development using JavaScript and related frameworks.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft .Net framework to include Classic ASP.
* Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.

Primary Responsibilities

* Work closely with customers, business analysts, and OIT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
* Involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
* Make recommendations towards the development of new code or the reuse of existing code.

Education

* Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
