Job Details

Project Coordinator: Hands-on project coordinator to support a business manager in managing the Alliance Relationship Program.

  • Define various project scopes and objectives
  • Maintain project plans, and status reports
  • Daily tasks management through the project life cycles
  • Coordinate the projects and interdependencies between various teams and departments involved
  • Establish touch points with team members and vendor(s)
  • Identify, track and communicate risks, issues, decisions, action items and project change requests
  • Manage and drive project tasks and follow ups
  • Assist with various business analyst tasks as needed.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

    • Coordinate Stakeholder Meetings
    • Develop Presentations (Pretty-up the Powerpoint)
    • Leading projects such as, future Proof of Concepts and research initiatives
    • Supporting Alliance Feature and Product Roll outs
    • Communicating effectively to stakeholders
    • Capture requirement, develop BRDs for IT development work and own the project through to completion
    • Help manage Change Request Processes
    • Capture and maintain issues that need to be addressed across the Program
    • Coordinating and leading status meetings along with capturing and submitting minutes
    • Helping to obtain and document information received from Partners
    • Coordinate evaluation events and timelines with applicable stakeholders
    • Coordinate launch events and timelines with applicable stakeholders
    • Develop Knowledge Transfer Documents for Operations and Production Support
    • Develop mass stakeholder communications.
    • Support problem solving and issue investigations
    • Help support marketing and training materials (Ex. Owner s manual, Disclaimers, FAQs, Videos)
    • Coordinate customer communications
    • Detail oriented

    Start: ASAP

    Duration: 12+ months

    Location: Cherry Hill, NJ area. Hybrid, working onsite - 3 days/week.
