Job Description:
Experience in development and implementation of SAM using ServiceNow SAM Tool.
Integration experience includes but not limited to SaaS, S Procurement, CSD, Cloud Discovery etc., and other software discovery and license management tools like Flexera, adobe ,Citrix ,Microsoft publisher pack
Strong knowledge on software licensing across major publishers like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, VMWare)
Strong knowledge on ServiceNow Discovery, HAM and CMDB modules.
Experience in customer management and project management SAM lifecycle and discovery tools.
Experience in implementing ServiceNow SAM processes and functions
Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions Facilitate business needs on selected products to ensure that maintenance, support, and upgrade protection renewals are managed handled ordered in advance of their expiration
Experience in interpreting and designing complex workflows
Experience in reconciling software license positions
Experience in Java, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XMLKnowledge on Contract Management
Knowledge of ServiceNow Orchestration and PA Certified in SAM Pro. CIS-SAM Pro Certified System Administrator CSA
Good to have ITIL V3V4 foundation certification CMDB Micro certification
Behavioral competency Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
Good-to-Have ITIL V3V4 foundation certification CMDB Micro certification
