Junior Marketing Project Coordinator

We're seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join a global airline's in-flight product development team. This role supports high-visibility initiatives across marketing and supply chain, focusing on product launches, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. Ideal candidates will have a background in marketing or supply chain, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sample readiness, stakeholder meetings, and campaign timelines across departments
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams (marketing, communications, product ops) and external partners
• Track product milestones and ensure cross-functional accountability
• Build clear, visually engaging presentation decks for leadership updates
• Maintain project trackers, identify process gaps, and support operational workflows
• Ensure product readiness and quality, especially for premium onboard offerings
• Support stakeholder alignment for marketing campaigns and product rollouts
• Help validate product performance (laundry testing, quality checks, safety compliance)

Key Products You'll Support:

• Premium bedding (10 SKUs) developed in partnership with a luxury department store
• Skincare and wellness offerings in collaboration with a leading recovery technology brand
• Additional onboard amenities and loyalty program components

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or supply chain
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and comfort working with data
• Analytical thinker with ability to present insights clearly
• Experience creating decks and tracking project deliverables
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational abilities

Preferred:

• Experience in aviation, consumer goods, or hospitality
• Familiarity with product lifecycle or quality assurance workflows
• Project Management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus

Logistics:

• Location: Chicago, IL (2-3 days on site per week)
