Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to manage and maintain our hybrid identity infrastructure, spanning both on-premises Active Directory and Azure Entra environments. This role is critical to ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient identity services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Hybrid Identity Management:
  Oversee and optimize the integration between on-premises Active Directory and Azure Entra ID, ensuring seamless synchronization and secure access.
• Group Policy Administration:
  Design, implement, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security standards and streamline user and device configurations.
• Domain Controller Operations:
  Manage domain controllers, monitor replication health, and ensure high availability and performance across sites.
• Backup & Recovery:
  Implement and maintain robust backup strategies for Active Directory, including regular testing and disaster recovery planning.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
  Provide advanced support for identity-related issues, including authentication failures, policy conflicts, and replication errors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Active Directory and Azure Entra ID in hybrid environments
• Strong understanding of Group Policy management and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with domain controller architecture and replication
• Experience with AD backup tools and recovery procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator) are a plus
