Required Qualifications
- Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of total software development experience.
- Minimum 9 years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 8.8+ or Pega '23.
- Core Pega - Deep expertise in Class Structure Design, ECS, Agent/Queue Processor management, and Data Pages (Keyed, Editable, SOR patterns).
- Pega CDH Strategy Builder, NBA Designer, Adaptive/Predictive Models, Interaction History, and Real-time Data Flows.
- Modern UX - Pega Constellation, Cosmos React, DX API v2/v3. Understanding of React.js concepts is a strong plus.
- Backend Coding -Proficiency in Java (for Function libraries/custom connectors), SQL (stored procedures, complex joins), and XML/JSON parsing.
- Integration - REST/JSON services, Kafka (Stream services), JMS listeners, and OAuth 2.0 implementation.
