Job Summary
The SharePoint Technical Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced SharePoint solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx). The role requires hands-on expertise across SharePoint Online, SPFx, modern UI components, Microsoft 365 integrations, and collaboration tools. This position will work closely with cross-functional business and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure SharePoint-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, Fluent UI, and PnP JS.
  2. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Develop and integrate Microsoft Teams apps using Teams SDK, Adaptive Cards, and Teams Toolkit.
  4. Implement secure authentication and authorization models using Microsoft Graph API, Azure AD, OAuth2, and SSO.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications, SPFx components, and Teams/Graph integrations.
  6. Ensure the integrity, performance, scalability, and security of SharePoint environments.
  7. Provide end-user training, documentation, and best practices on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools.

Skill Requirements

  1. Expert-level proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
  2. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, site architecture, lists, libraries, content types, workflows, and web parts.
  3. Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Fluent UI, PnP JS.
  4. Experience developing and deploying Microsoft Teams applications (Teams SDK, Adaptive Cards, Teams Toolkit).
  5. Proficiency working with Microsoft Graph API, Azure AD authentication flows, OAuth2, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  6. Strong understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, governance, and administration.
  7. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
