IAM Architect - CIAM Specialist (REMOTE)

The Dragonfli Group seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM Solutions Architect and CIAM Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on Consumer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) implementations. They will be responsible for leading CIAM implementation projects, collecting and documenting CIAM requirements, and designing high-level and low-level IAM solution architectures to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead CIAM implementation projects, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
2. Develop and document detailed CIAM requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
3. Design high-level and low-level IAM solution architectures that address the documented requirements, utilizing technologies such as Auth0, Node.JS, and directory servers like Oracle Unified Directory.
4. Complete Auth0 Specialist Training and obtain relevant certifications to enhance expertise in CIAM technologies.
5. Utilize Node.JS scripting experience to customize IAM solutions and integrate with other systems as needed.
6. Demonstrate expertise in IAM domains including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management, and CIAM.
7. Implement and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and federated authentication methods such as SAML and OIDC, along with legacy authentication methods like Kerberos and Header authentication.
8. Drive deployments of IAM vendor suites such as Okta, ForgeRock Access Manager, PingFederate, and Auth0, ensuring successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
9. Utilize tools like Postman to make and debug API calls to IAM solution endpoints, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM, obtaining relevant product certifications and continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
11. Collaborate with security teams to ensure IAM solutions meet security standards and requirements.
12. Deploy IAM products in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure, leveraging cloud-native IAM capabilities and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on CIAM implementations.
3. Strong experience in developing, implementing, or architecting IAM solutions, particularly in the areas of CIAM, Access Management, and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
4. Proficiency in technologies such as Auth0, Node.JS, and directory servers like Oracle Unified Directory.
5. Completed Auth0 Specialist Training and obtained relevant certifications.
6. Experience with SSO/federated authentication methods such as SAML and OIDC, along with legacy authentication methods like Kerberos.
7. Experience deploying IAM vendor suites including Okta, ForgeRock Access Manager, PingFederate, Auth0, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Manager, and Oracle Unified Directory.
8. Mastery of using tools like Postman for API testing and debugging.
9. Strong understanding of security concepts and technologies in the IAM space, including LDAP connections, authentication protocols, and PKI concepts.
10. Experience deploying IAM solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Azure.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
