Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Ridgefield, Connecticut. This role focuses on managing various tasks in both office and remote environments, including managing internet contracts, ensuring network security, handling VoIP phone systems, and providing ongoing support for remote employees.

Responsibilities:

2+ years of experience within a help desk/desktop support setting

Handling VoIP phone systems and troubleshooting connectivity issues

Installing, configuring, and maintaining local computers and peripherals

Procuring computers for remote employees and providing ongoing support

Managing and maintaining Domain Name System (DNS) configurations

Utilizing Microsoft and Active Directory for various tasks

Providing Deskside Support and Network Troubleshooting

Handling Computer Hardware and managing Wireless Access Points

Performing Basic Network Troubleshooting

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Demonstrated experience with Active Directory
Knowledge and understanding of computer hardware
Familiarity with Deskside Support processes and procedures
Ability to troubleshoot network issues effectively
Basic understanding of Network Troubleshooting techniques
Experience with Wireless Access Points
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
