ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Lead
Location: While remote working is allowed, personnel based out of Atlanta/Raleigh/Charlotte shall be preferred.
Contract Type: W2
Role Summary:
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response. Owns process design, automation strategy, controls, and dashboarding to drive effective vulnerability management across the organization.
Required Experience:
- Background in vulnerability management, SecOps, or GRC
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and integrations (e.g., Tenable, Qualys)
- Experience with automation and dashboarding in ServiceNow
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths
- Coordinate with Security, IT Operations, and Business Units
- Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., ticket enrichment, auto-assignment, closure validation)
- Ensure controls are in place for data integrity and workflow accuracy
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and operational teams
- Track and report key metrics (e.g., time to remediate, SLA compliance, vulnerability aging)
- Develop training materials and run enablement sessions
- Drive adoption through communication and change management
