Job Description:

The Infrastructure PM is responsible for the overall project leadership including scope/schedule/budget and business readiness plan. The Infrastructure PM will execute the project plan with assigned project resources to successfully complete business deliverables. The Infrastructure PM will ensure requirements are documented and ensure business is ready for the changes. This position will manage multiple End of Life (EOL) infrastructure projects as part of the $6M EOL Refresh program. This includes managing an upgrade program from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across the entire enterprise. They will also manage IT components in construction projects.


The Infrastructure PM reports to the Director IT PMO and takes overall direction from the Director IT PMO and manage projects for the Director Infrastructure and Operations and works closely with vendors as needed, IT support teams, developers, solution architects and business users.

General Responsibilities:

  • Held accountable for the Implementation and Quality of Key IT Business Deliverables
  • Engage the appropriate IT SME s and construction contractors to work on the project as necessary
  • Develop and execute the IT project schedule, including milestones, tasks, duration, dependencies, and resource assignments
  • Ensure IT Requirements are defined from Project Stakeholders
  • Provide estimates for IT project components
  • Identify, track, and lead the resolution of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID)
  • Ensure project adherence to Client IT policies, standards and processes
  • Track, communicate and provide impact analysis of changes to IT Scope, Schedule & Budget
  • Develop and execute IT Communication Plan for projects
  • Produce monthly IT Project Status Reports for Client Leadership
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration; motivate and direct the team s effort
  • Ensure project team members and business partners understand their roles and responsibilities within the project
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing
  • Ensure business is ready for the change

Anticipated Project Start Date: 11/1/2025
Anticipated End Date: 6/30/2026 with possible extension

Must Have:

  • Infrastructure Project Management experience (10+ years)
  • Experience managing hardware lifecycle and OS upgrade projects including application test plans, cutover, and validation.
  • Experience working directly with business leaders on their technology upgrades
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership and team building skills
  • PPM / MS Project or other project planning software
  • MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Service Now PPM tool experience
  • Experience with infrastructure projects in an airport or manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading end user services
  • Experience leading Microsoft Teams conference room AV projects
  • Experience with E2E Asset Management practices
  • Experience managing/delivering IT components in construction projects
