We are looking for a Peoplesoft HCM Functional Analyst to add to our team.
Job Overview:

Position 16 - Functional Analyst Level 2
Period of Performance: Two year base period
Place of Performance: Remote but will be required to work on-site at WMATA's various locations, specifically: 4100 Garden City Dr, Hyattsville, MD 20785 300 7th St SW, Washington, DC 20024 2401 Mill Road, Alexandria, VA 22314.
Please note: The manager will work with the Contractor to determine the date/time and place for on- site work. Work is generally hybrid. Specific information about work location as well as whether it is hybrid/remote can be addressed at interview.
Due: Monday, August 11, 2025 by 5pm.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in PeopleSoft, including core HR, Recruiting, Base Benefits, Employee and Manager Self Service, and Profile Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database concepts and proficient querying skills, paired with advanced knowledge of HR business processes and project management.
The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HCM system. This includes managing application access, generating reports, and maintaining seamless interfaces with other business systems to meet both current and future organizational needs. The candidate will act as a team lead and delegate tasks to other team members as necessary.

This role will be supporting these tasks: Support the New Voluntary benefits project in PeopleSoft. Exit survey email project for Workforce Planning. HCM access provisioning. Supervisor missing for employees and contractors cleanup. Data validation reports and updates to PeopleSoft. Non-person profiles errors Cleanup in PeopleSoft.
Personify functional specifications. Report for vendor Personify. Follow-up on documents for EAPRo and EHR for BSR closure. Hiring Contractors Issues. Provide Talent Profiles data. Address cleanup to be used for MetroSync.

Manage the implementation of new vendor integrations and oversee changes to existing integrations (eHR, Personify, new Benefits offerings, etc.).
Manage changes to existing processes due to policy changes, CAP or other (ie new leave policy)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations with external vendors such as Businessolver.
Participate in data cleanup efforts, including updates to the location table, address records, providers and contractor information.
Resolve data conversion issues during system migrations or updates.
Assist with data conversion validation.
Create and test queries as needed
Provide backup support in the manager's absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
Provide support with report testing in support of conversion effort.
Conduct analysis and testing for process improvement initiatives.
Support management of contractors' records in the system
Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.
Education Bachelor's degree in finance, Data Analytics, information systems, or a related field Must have minimum
experience (ex:5 years) Six (6) or more years of relevant experience

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems analysis in a PeopleSoft HCM environment. Must include four (4) years of functional experience in an integrated
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required. Ability to delegate tasks and lead analysts.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related field
Experience with PeopleSoft Core HR, Recruiting
Familiarity with reporting tools such as PeopleSoft Query
Experience working on interfaces
