Must-Have Skills & Traits:
Must haves:
- This person needs to have a strong ability to understand dependencies, the big picture, and willingness to communicate.
- App & infrastructure project work experience
- Strong understanding of process flow/dependencies. Large enterprise experience is a must
- Must be able to take charge and drive the flow and make sure they hit dates. Gather dates/commitments.
- CSM is a plscrum master experience is good
- Rally experience as that is the tool digital uses the most
- Ability to be proactive in situations/understand answer collection/investigation if needed.
- Solid PM skills: They will have a budget/schedule, and someone must be able to stay organized
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end life cycle process.
- NEEDS: The ability to bring people together and solve issues/schedule calls/not wait/take ownership as you are responsible for the delivery. Coordinate triage calls if there are issues.
- Understand budgets/constantly monitor clarity!
- Document and send meeting notes!
- Most projects have program managers so they will have a framework to follow.
