RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Business Analyst III in Bellevue, WA.

Summary:
As a Business Analyst III, you will be the first line of defense in our support team, analyzing customer issues, validating pain points against system records, and ensuring tickets are triaged to the appropriate teams. You will work extensively with dashboards, utilizing tools like Tableau and AWS QuickSight, and perform SQL querying to help alleviate customer pain points. Your role will also involve ad-hoc Chime calls and leveraging data to identify and resolve recurring issues. This role will have Monday - Friday core hours.

Duties Include:
* Working under Support Engineering Team (Customer support team) for higher tech
* About 700 tickets a week
* 1st line of defense in support
* Analyzing customer issues (pain points against system record), validation
* Sending ticket to proper team to triage issue
* Working heavily in dashboards (Tableau, etc.) with SQL querying
* Utilizing data to help alleviate paint points and checking if others have the same issue
* Working with AWS QuickSite
* Ad-hoc Chime calls

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
* Experience with basic SQL queries
* Expertise in developing and maintaining automated dashboards
* Familiarity with Tableau and AWS QuickSight
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle a high volume of tickets and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
