Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of onboarding processes using SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (preferred) or 1.0. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding journeys for new hires, rehires, and internal transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (or 1.0, as applicable).
- Gather business requirements, design onboarding processes, and configure forms, panels, tasks, and workflows.
- Set up onboarding dashboards, notifications, and integration points with Employee Central, Recruiting, and Third-party systems (e.g., background checks, e-signature tools).
- Configure business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), and document management (including e-signature workflows via DocuSign or Adobe Sign).
- Ensure compliance with local and global onboarding requirements including legal forms, privacy, and security.
- Facilitate testing (unit, UAT), go-live support, and post-implementation enhancements.
- Provide training to HR administrators, hiring managers, and onboarding coordinators.
- Support continuous improvement through user feedback, SuccessFactors release adoption, and system health monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3 6 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of onboarding processes: pre-day-1 activities, document management, compliance forms, task assignment, and transitions.
- Experience integrating Onboarding with Recruiting Management (RCM) and Employee Central (EC).
- Proficiency in configuring business rules, RBP, workflows, and document generation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Certification.
- Experience in multi-country onboarding scenarios and compliance-driven industries (e.g., pharma, finance).
- Familiarity with crossboarding and offboarding use cases within SuccessFactors.
- Exposure to SAP Document Management Service, IAS/IPS, and People Analytics.
