Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions, particularly within Salesforce.com, including integrations with web applications and middleware.
- Technical Governance: Lead architecture reviews, define hardware/software standards, and conduct periodic assessments to ensure adherence to platform standards, security compliance, and optimal usage for cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical direction and supervision to IT teams across coding strategies, system development, architectural planning, system integration, and comprehensive testing efforts (unit, load, E2E, UAT).
- Cloud & DevOps Integration: Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to automate end-to-end application and system operations in AWS Cloud, developing standards for monitoring and alerting.
- System Quality & Performance: Ensure performance, scalability, maintainability, and extensibility of enterprise systems. Monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, and manage code deployments from development to production environments.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Adhere rigorously to all security, change control, and PMO policies, processes, and methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years performing day-to-day Informatica PowerCenter operations, functions, administration, or troubleshooting tasks.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Batch Operator using Control-M or equivalent.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a PostgreSQL DB or equivalent environment.
- Experience working in the health insurance marketplace, healthcare, or health and human services domains.
- Demonstrable analytical experience and ability to work in a complex system environment.
- Demonstrable experience with application and batch integration.
- Familiarity with Database and SQL functions.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues by collaborating with a team of system operations professionals.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and effectively communicate with different functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting day-to-day operations functions of a complex enterprise system.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Batch Operator or equivalent, supporting day-to-day configurations and operations of various batch jobs in a complex enterprise system.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in identifying and troubleshooting system outages, installation issues, and application code running JBoss/Tomcat applications in AWS.
- Experience demonstrating critical thinking, providing options, recommendations, and additional actions relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items in supporting a large or complex infrastructure/systems.
- Experience with operating, configuring, and troubleshooting Control-M or equivalent batch applications.
- Experience managing web-based systems hosted on the AWS platform.
- Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations.
- Understand java runtime environment concepts such as heap memory, thread dumps, garbage collection, etc.
- Experience working with the Project Management Office (PMO) processes, policies, and procedures.
