Job Details
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, with a strong track record of enabling agile transformations at scale.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), the ability to leverage these frameworks within our client Ways of working, and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
- Experience working with Value Streams and Lean principles.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional) are a plus.
