You will be responsible for research, design, deploy, and maintain Email services, windows servers, AD, VDI, and email related services. Once service deployed, build standards and SOPs for IT daily support and Operation engineer to perform the best practice in support and operation. From time to time you may be rotate on-call shift to provide urgent support on holiday or off hour.

Responsibilities:

All employees holding this position must demonstrate an acceptable level of competency for these responsibilities. Assessment of competency will take place upon initial onboarding / training and periodically during the employee s tenure.

  • Expert in design of Citrix 7.x XenDesktop/XenApp infrastructure with migration experience in global scale
  • Expert in managing Citrix VDI hosting windows desktop and Linux desktop VDI workloads (RHEL preferred)
  • Expert in the design of NetScaler/Citrix ADC for XenDesktop/XenApp deployments
  • Expert in Citrix day-to-day management, patching, and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting global VDI users
  • Provide Windows Systems Administration on Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and other Microsoft application on-premises and on O365 Cloud.
  • Provide administrative support to collaborate platform such as Confluence and the sites maintenance
  • Enterprise servers patching management and software deployment
  • Diagnoses and resolves technical hardware and software issues where applicable
  • Migration experience of MS SharePoint in global scale
  • Provide technical assistance to the IT support engineer as an escalation resource
  • Build standard support procedures, Operation SOP, and provides troubleshooting guideline
  • Design and deploy the IT Microsoft infrastructure and services on Microsoft O365
  • Compares, evaluates, and implements new technologies, and integrates them into the computing environment
  • Lead and manage IT projects in global scale
  • Troubleshooting major mail flow issue with spam gateway such as Proofpoint or equvilant
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Experience with Infrastructure virtual environment, VDI, Citrix ADC Load balancer, Backup& Restore, disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019 Operating systems or above
  • Active Directory (AD) & Domain Controller Administration including DNS and GPO management in a multi-site environment
  • Building and administering Windows servers and accompanying infrastructure, maintaining capacity and performance in enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products, such as Exchange, SharePoint, Project, SQL etc., on both on-prem and Microsoft O365
  • Manage/upgrade/migration experience to O365 Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of virtual environment, hypervisor, such as VMware Vcenter, hyperV, etc.
  • Automation scripting, such as Windows server PowerShell, MS Exchange Cmdlets
  • Understanding of NAS\SAN Storage, Replication, load balancing, and LAN\WAN Technologies
  • Work with vendors and perform upgrade/installation related activities, analysis and troubleshooting issues to provide resolution and execute on any new enhancement as required by business
  • Experience and knowledge administering workflows and issue schemes in Jira Software and Confluence
  • Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
  • Minimum of 8+ years of Sr. IT Engineer or Sr. IT System Engineer experience
  • Bachelors degreee in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication, organizational, detail-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and as a member of a team, interface with other branches of the organization, work effectively with diverse constituencies, and solve problems and make decisions while under pressure and time constraints
