Location :: Remote (Occasional Travel Client Places)
Duration :: 6+ months (C2H)
Job Description ::
Experience Level: 8+ years ServiceNow experience (with at least 2+ years in a Lead role).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow implementations across ITSM and ITOM modules, ensuring best practices and scalable design.
- Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment).
- Implement and optimize ITOM capabilities, with a strong focus on Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to dashboards and reporting.
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and KPIs for service performance monitoring and executive reporting.
- Oversee and maintain CMDB Discovery to ensure accurate and reliable asset and service data.
- Collaborate with security and identity management teams to deliver SailPoint integrations with ServiceNow.
- Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions align with ITIL processes and organizational goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in ServiceNow implementations (minimum 3 full-cycle implementations).
- Strong expertise in ITSM configuration & setup.
- Hands-on experience with ITOM implementation, including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning for dashboards and reporting.
- Strong reporting and analytics skills (PA modules, dashboards, KPIs).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint or similar IAM tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead a team while also being hands-on with development/configuration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM and/or ITOM.
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
- Experience with other integrations (cloud platforms, monitoring tools, etc.).
