Job Details

Seeking a Project Coordinator to support lead PM with project tracking and other processes to help execute and maintain governance frameworks and project coordination activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commitment, a positive attitude, financial acumen, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Training and direction will be provided by an on-site strategic vendor partner.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure alignment.
- Participate in internal, role specific training and development activities to build PM capabilities.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in the development and management of project budgets, including tracking costs, analyzing variances, and forecasting financial performance.
- Project Support: Assist with the day-to-day management of projects, including helping to create and update project plans, timelines, and budgets.  Support execution of standard program governance processes.
- Resource Tracking: Help monitor and track project resources, including personnel, materials, and expenses.
- Administrative & Organizational Tasks: Keep all project documentation organized and up-to-date, including meeting notes, reports, and contracts.
- Problem-Solving: Support the project manager in identifying potential issues and contributing to finding solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Strong commitment to team collaboration.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
-  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Highly comfortable and proficient with a wide range of software, including Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel and MS Project, Power BI and other relevant tools.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Thinks critically and help the team find solutions to challenges.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
