Description

We are seeking a ECommerce Account Manager to join our team in Eastern Iowa. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Ecommerce Account Manager, you will primarily focus on areas like eComm, Channel Marketing, Vendor Relations, and Sales Forecast.

Responsibilities:

Implement and manage eComm strategies to optimize database systems

Lead channel marketing initiatives within the team to drive sales

Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure smooth sourcing processes

Create and distribute marketing content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals

Analyze industry trends to inform strategic decision-making processes

Foster strong client relations through effective communication and problem-solving

Develop and maintain scorecard metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement

Implement merchandising sales strategies to drive sales and meet company targets

Coordinate sales drives initiatives to maximize product visibility and sales

Oversee inventory planning processes to ensure optimal stock levels.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a role related to database technology management.

Proven expertise in eComm, Channel Marketing, and Marketing Content.

Demonstrable experience in Vendor Relations and Sourcing, as well as managing External Vendors.

Proficiency in analyzing trends and utilizing insights to develop strategic plans.

Strong skills in Client Relations and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge of Scorecard Metrics and their application in performance evaluation.

Experience in Merchandising Sales, Sales Drives, and Sales Forecast.

Ability to plan and manage inventory effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and collaborate across different departments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using a ecommerce platform.
